Q: I have some design ideas, can we use them?
A: Of course! PAUSE is all about helping you translate your ideas into uniquely creative expressions of love. Let's sit down and talk about it. Send us an email so we can schedule an appointment.
Q: How long does it take before I get my orders?
A: We want to make sure you'll get the best, so give us at most two weeks after we finalize the design.
Q: I live abroad, how do we talk about the design?
A: No worries, the wonders of the web are on our side. Send us an email and then we can schedule a meeting over Yahoo! Messenger or Google Talk.
Q: Do you ship?
A: We ship locally (within the Philippines), but invitation prices are exclusive of shipping costs. If you live abroad and you love our work, we'll see how we can ship the invites to you.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We currently accept check, cash, bank-to-bank transfer or direct deposits. We'll provide you with the bank details later.
Q: Do you do other designs aside from invitations?
